ESCO (ผู้ประกอบการรายบุคคล / sole proprietor, Thailand) — บริการตอบแชทลูกค้าผ่าน Instagram โดยใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติ (Witly)

ESCO operates an Instagram customer-service auto-reply system ("Witly"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it.

1. ข้อมูลที่เก็บ / Data we collect

• เนื้อหาข้อความที่ลูกค้าส่งทาง Instagram Direct Message — Instagram message content you send us
• Instagram user id / username ของผู้ส่ง — sender's Instagram id/handle
• เวลาและบริบทของบทสนทนา เพื่อตอบให้ต่อเนื่อง — message timestamps/conversation context for continuity

เราไม่เก็บรหัสผ่าน ไม่เข้าถึงข้อมูลการเงิน และไม่ขายข้อมูลให้บุคคลที่สาม — We do not collect passwords or financial data, and we never sell your data.

2. วัตถุประสงค์ / Purpose

ใช้เพื่อตอบคำถามลูกค้า แนะนำสินค้า และให้บริการหลังการขายของ ESCO เท่านั้น — Solely to answer customer inquiries, recommend products, and provide ESCO after-sales service via Instagram.

3. การเก็บรักษา / Retention

เก็บข้อมูลบทสนทนาเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการบริการ และลบเมื่อลูกค้าร้องขอ — Conversation data is kept only as long as needed for service, and deleted on request.
